Clea DeCrane

Clea DeCrane is a writer, director and actor currently working as a showrunner’s assistant for Joe Weisberg (The Americans) at FX. Her work skews towards the absurd and surreal, often centered on women grappling with obsession, transition, and heartbreak in horrifying and hilarious ways. Her short series Following Hannah Stone played Bentonville Film Festival, Stareable Fest, LA Indie Film Fest, won “Best Web Series” at Big Apple Film Festival, and was licensed by Roku for a year. Clea was also a 2022 member of WIF’s Emerging Producer Program, and is the founder of Station 26 Productions, through which she produced the short films Daddy’s Girl (Sundance, SXSW) and Class (starring David Krumholtz, also produced by Hank Azaria.) As an actor, she studied at Mason Gross School of the Arts and Shakespeare’s Globe in London.
